Job Description
**Description:**
The candidate should have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure support in a corporate enviornment the willingness to learn and provide support to all hotel operational divisions (Front office, Food & Beverage, Events, Sales administration, and back office areas).
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), POS, telephony, networks, and corporate collaboration tools is desirable, as well as basic understanding of information security.
**Qualifications:**
The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and customer -oriented approach, ensuring continuity of hotel operations without impacting the guest experience.
The ideal profile is proactive, organized, flexible to work on a shift basis and capable of prioritizing tasks in critical situations.
